Sean P. Walsh

Sean P. Walsh is the Founder & CEO of Trinity Capital Investment Partners and Head of Capital Markets, with over a decade of experience spanning equity, fixed income, alternatives, wealth management, and investment distribution.


Sean began his career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch with The Fox Group, a wealth management team overseeing more than $1 billion in client assets. He later held investment distribution roles at New York Life Investments and First Eagle Investment Management, working with financial advisors, institutional clients, and wealth management platforms.


Before founding Trinity Capital, Sean served as Director of Capital Markets at Kensington Asset Management, supporting national distribution, capital formation, and growth across multiple investment strategies.


Sean is also President and Co-Founder of The FoxTrot, a philanthropic initiative raising funds for cancer patients and their families through the Bennett Cancer Center.


Sean earned his MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Assumption University, where he also played varsity baseball.
