Julie Cavanagh is Managing Director, Self-Storage Investments at Trinity Capital Investment Partners, with over a decade of experience across alternative investments, capital markets, wealth management, and investment distribution.

At Trinity Capital, Julie leads capital formation, advisor engagement, and distribution strategy for the firm’s strategic partnership with Apollo Real Estate Capital. She works with financial advisors, wealth management firms, and accredited investors to expand access to differentiated self-storage investment opportunities.

Julie previously served as Regional Director, South Central, at Hilton Capital Management and as Regional Director at Kensington Asset Management. Across these senior roles, she built a strong record of expanding advisor relationships, developing key markets, and driving capital formation throughout the RIA and broker-dealer channels.

Julie earned her degree from the College of Charleston and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
