Prior to founding Apollo Real Estate Capital, Jovan served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Asset Management for multiple commercial real estate firms, overseeing complex real estate portfolios and improving operational and financial performance.

Over his career, Jovan has overseen approximately $2 billion in real estate and private assets, with experience spanning acquisitions, due diligence, asset management, portfolio strategy, and operational execution.
