Jeremy Pendergast is a Vice President on the firm’s Capital Markets team, supporting capital formation, investor outreach, strategic relationship development, and business development across the firm’s investment offerings

Jeremy brings two decades of experience in consultative sales, relationship management, and business development. Prior to joining Trinity Capital, he held senior roles with Alliant Insurance Services and Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage and spent more than 12 years as Vice President and owner of Stong Surety. Across these roles, he built a strong record of expanding markets, developing trusted client relationships, and helping business owners navigate complex surety and risk-management needs.

At Trinity Capital, Jeremy supports the firm’s capital formation efforts through strategic outreach, thoughtful communication, and consistent follow-through. He works closely with financial advisors, prospective investors, and strategic partners to advance the firm’s investment initiatives and strengthen its presence across key markets.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
