Alex Samoylovich is the Founder of CEDARst Companies and a Chicago-based real estate developer and entrepreneur with extensive experience building and scaling integrated real estate organizations across the United States.

Alex is recognized for his work in design-forward multi-family development across urban and high-growth infill markets. Over his career, he has been involved in the development, acquisition, and management of thousands of multi-family residences across markets including Chicago, San Diego, Las Vegas, and South Florida.

Under his leadership, CEDARst has grown into a vertically integrated real estate firm spanning development, construction management, and property operations. His work is grounded in disciplined underwriting, long-term capital alignment, thoughtful design, and disciplined execution.

Alex is also active in philanthropic initiatives, including service on the board of the Hippocratic Cancer Research Foundation.
